Mojo Revamp is a one day course for people who want their mojo back. 

Lost your mojo recently? Feeling a bit flat, anxious, bored?

Whether that's slaying at your job, ace-ing your relationships, asking for that payrise or finding the baby steps towards doing your own venture.

It's about making small, achievable steps to reboot your mojo so you can leave feeling confident you'll be able to kick ass in the real world.

I teach you the lessons I implemented when I was recovering from anxiety, depression and burnout. These tactics are based on practical exercises I have done which have slowly put me back on the track to being in control of my life. I've used these tactics to manage my emotions, have challenging conversations with loved ones, negotiate pay rises, ask for flexible working conditions, say no to friends and colleagues and feeling less crazy -  and more in control and way happier.

1. WHERE DID MY MOJO GO?

Mojo voids leave clues. Articulating why you've been feeling flat can help you get some much needed perspective and ideas for getting back on track. We'll identify what areas of your life need some serious TLC and why.

Often when we don't feel too ace it's because we're not working closely to what's important to us, or we've forgotten it. So, we'll also articulate our Values together and the subconscious reasons why we make small decisions each day that affect how we feel.

2. MOJO SPRING CLEAN

I'll ask you to show me 'a week in the life of' on a page, so I can get an understanding of where you're spending your time and what factors could be contributing to you not feeling so ace.

We'll also identify who's giving you mojo and who's sucking it - so you can make more time for rockstars in your life who help you feel rad. Often the superstars who make us feel ace don't play enough of a starring role in our day to day lives.

3. BOUNDARIES

Learning how to say no will change your life. We'll chat about how to say no in person, at work and in your relationships. We'll also do some role plays for those who don't feel confident saying no straight away to learn the art of delivering a No Sandwich.

4. MAKING MOJO

This is where we make you a plan to action small, achievable steps so you can start making changes that are going to make you feel a million times better. I'll ask you to consider what you really want out of life this year and together we'll make a few actionable steps towards making that happen.
